Great Service! We bought a pre-owned Kia from Schomp BMW. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the car. Dave and Alice helped me with the entire proc We bought a pre-owned Kia from Schomp BMW. There were a few things that needed to be fixed on the car. Dave and Alice helped me with the entire process. They took care of everything I asked and did not charge me anything. Dave kept in touch with me throughout the process. The service center did not have to fix the things I asked for, but they did anyways. They provided great service! I was given a loaner car while mine was being repaired and that whole process was very simple. A couple of employees even offered to help me switch car seats from car to car. Everyone we've come into contact with there has been so incredible friendly and helpful. I was a little worried since I didn't buy a BMW that I'd be treated with less respect, but that isn't the case at all! I've been so impressed with Schomp throughout the entire car buying and service experience. Keep up the good work Schomp BMW! We will definitely consider buying our next car from any Schomp dealership. More

He really knows the product line and is consistently helpful in explaining needed repairs. More

We were there recently for a routine service appointment, but I had a few additional questions regarding my X3. Justin was, as usual, attentive and listened to my questions and assured me he would have everything checked out. Attention to detail On Monday, 7/11/2016, I drove into the BMW service area. I was immediately greeted by a friendly young man who took my keys and stated that a service On Monday, 7/11/2016, I drove into the BMW service area. I was immediately greeted by a friendly young man who took my keys and stated that a service advisor would be with me in just a moment (this was a good start). Jenna came over introduced herself and we briefly discussed the one year warranty on my wife's 528XI. She mentioned it would be about an hour so I decided to wait. About a half-hour into my waiting time, Jenna came over and mentioned that prior warranty work was missed (by me and my wife). If I wanted to wait it would not take long. I agreed. Net, net, in less than two hours we had new wiper blades, engine oil service, and brake flush. In addition the micorofilter was replaced and the car was fully washed and dried. I would like to thank Ms. Jenna Malone and the entire BMW service team for their attention to detail and outstanding customer service. More

Efficient, polite, friendly. I have a wonderful i3. For my purposes it is the best of 8 BMWs I have owned. It is rendered nearly perfect by the "loaner" program whereby I can use I have a wonderful i3. For my purposes it is the best of 8 BMWs I have owned. It is rendered nearly perfect by the "loaner" program whereby I can use a conventional car for weekend trips to the mountains, for the cost of fuel. Schomp has always accommodated my needs. They even wash my i3 before I get it back ! More

I've never been treated so professionally, courteously, continually checked on or have an appt met. They said 2 p.m. and my car went in at 2 p.m. They checked on me, updated me and got me out quickly. I don't live in Denver but would strongly consider going to Schomp to buy my next car simply because of the service. More
