We had a our BMW serviced for tires, struts and wheels at Schomp BMW on 9-1-22. The experience was very frustrating due to lack of communication, missed commitments, pricing and not saving parts that we req Schomp BMW on 9-1-22. The experience was very frustrating due to lack of communication, missed commitments, pricing and not saving parts that we requested. We did come to a resolution after our insurance company negotiated some lower pricing. After ten months of a loud continual rattle we finally took the car to another BMW dealer where upon, they discovered one of the circular compression tool rings lodged around our right strut (wondering how dangerous this was!!!!!). I have been trying to have Kyle R the service manager, return may call to communicate the issue as well as to ask for compensation for my $650 + cost for the other dealer to correct Schomp's shoddy workmanship. On August 10 I was scheduled for an appointment at 1 PM and attempted to drop off my vehicle at 10 AM. I was greeted by an employee who looked up my appointment and said Mike Gibson was my service advisor and attempted to drop off my vehicle at 10 AM. I was greeted by an employee who looked up my appointment and said Mike Gibson was my service advisor and he would let him know that I had arrived. After a few minutes the greeter returned and said he would remind Mike that I was still waiting to discuss the issue with the vehicle since the rear differential was resealed back in March 2023. The Greeter then came back with an afterhours drop-off envelope and asked me to fill out the information and Mike would contact me later, I asked for Mike's email address so I could forward my warranty information and the Greeter returned and said Mike didn't have an email address. At this point I was very frustrated and walked to Mike's desk when he began waving his finger at me and said he was too busy to help me and to fill out the requested information. I told Mike I wanted to give him my warranty information (warranty was purchased at Schomp) because it doesn't seem to be recorded in your system and I am trying to save everybody time. Mike said that he didn't have time, he was helping 3 customers who were in the waiting room at which point I requested to talk to a Supervisor and Mike said that wasn't necessary. At this point I was upset and found 3 Supervisors in an office; one gentleman offered to help me but only after he was finished with another customer. After already waiting a considerable amount of time I needed to leave for a meeting and told the Supervisor that I was leaving and would find another BMW dealership to service my vehicle. More
On going problem for the last 3 years left a message for Michael a week ago and still haven’t heard back as well as Kyle Richmond left 8 messages since June 29th and nothing. This is the way they deal with Michael a week ago and still haven’t heard back as well as Kyle Richmond left 8 messages since June 29th and nothing. This is the way they deal with people by not responding or taking responsibility of the 💩 they sold. Long story short they put 21 inch wheels 285 325 that DO NOT GO ON THIS Vehicle that is causing suspension issues . Schomp has changed 3 times in 3 years STRUTS??? 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ and said they did t put these tires on. Well- previous owner has pics of car on Schomps showroom floor with these wheels. I’m not backing down- Schomp needs to do what’s right and I’ve given them more then plenty of opportunities to do what’s right be honest and they still can’t. Just like lying about the alignment 🤦🏼‍♀️ and finally admitting it. Calling the media and and lawyer - consumer fraud 🤷🏼‍♀️ lemon🤷🏼‍♀️ juice Ben though Schomp caused it not the manufacture- 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ stay away from Schomp if u need a reliable car or service cuz these guys can’t pick a phone for nothin 😂 More

TERRIBLE. the service department is not so bad, service was ok. (this in not a reflection of the service advisor or his work) what was the downhill side of it the service department is not so bad, service was ok. (this in not a reflection of the service advisor or his work) what was the downhill side of it was the loaner fleet and the service manager. They are taking me to court for their incompetence and LACK of accountability. I had my 2017 BMW x3 m-sport serviced there. during that time i had a Loaner, during my usage a crack had developed on the windshield. I had instructed them to use my insurance. that's where it all started. The loaner manager and service manager failed to communicate with my insurance (as they were only asking for a few documents for coverage, which was not provided by them) After them NOT providing any information, they send me papers stating i have to pay the amount of about 1,000 by the date that was listed. I had called my insurance, AND the dealership to try and figure out what was going on, and come to find out the DEALERSHIP was not cooperating with my insurance. they had told me that my insurance was NOT going to cover it and ceased involvement. Which was not true. They had made contact, and since Documents were NOT provided by BMW my insurance company Had deemed "excess" coverage until notified otherwise. which they were not. Finally after fighting the dealership to provide the documents to my insurance. my insurance had sent out the payment, and I in charge of the deductible. after MUTIPLE calls to the service manger about paying the deductible with NO return phone call, I ceased communication with them. they are now taking me to court for the FULL amount after accepting payment from my insurance company without any Communication from the dealership. I work for the Toyota Motor corporation, I know how things go, I'm not stupid. However Schomp BMW seems to be out for everyone's money with no remorse. I have a 60k vehicle that I paid cash for, I have no Qualms of paying a 500.00 bill for my deductible, but when the dealership that is requesting the money ISNT RESPONDING TO MY COMMUNICATION ATTEPMTS I cannot make the payment. All around just Terrible experience. That Dealership has gotten Well over 10k worth of repairs on my vehicle alone and yet they cant make a simple phone call, Text message and or email (which i have TOLD them multiple times that they are free to do so) I work down the street from BMW of Denver, And CHOSE to go out of my way to have Schomp BMW service my car. But since they are not Adequate enough to handle a Simple windshield claim. I would advise EVERYONE to be leery on Servicing their car there.... or at least obtaining a Loaner, As they might try to come after you for something so Elementary. To top it all off they CASHED the check from my insurance and STILL are coming after me for the FULL amount of the windshield. I find it funny as I attempted to Pay my side of the bill. with a simple request of negotiation on it due to the Hassle they put me through. xxxx poor customer Service on the Service managers end and the Loaner managers accountability. Brian, makes the process smooth and he is down to earth and makes you feel comfortable. He is a genuine friendly not because it's job. I have been a customer since 1990 and the days on Broadway. This review is a reflection of the Service department, not Sales. I had an excellent car buying experience here but that's about where their concern for the customer stops. The following is a lengthy revi not Sales. I had an excellent car buying experience here but that's about where their concern for the customer stops. The following is a lengthy review but please don't make the mistake of bringing your vehicle to the Service department here. I also wouldn’t buy a car here since their warranty requires you to bring it back to this location. I spoke with several folks in Management here and it was a waste of my time and energy, including attempting to talk with the general manager, Michael Coleman. Gave him about a week and nothing came of it. Avoid this Service department like the plague. ------------------------------------------- I bought my X3 in August of 2020. I have been a long term supporter of BMW and so is my family and extended family. After this experience, I plan on selling my vehicle. This last October the CAS module went out. What ensued was a 2 week saga of incompetence, inconvenience, frustration, back and forth trips to Lakewood (1.5 hr trip) and a significant lack of communication with my service advisor, Brian Johnson. After taking this to the Parts and Service Manager, Adrian Downey, this experience somehow managed to get worse despite him claiming to want to come to some sort of resolution. After walking him through the bullet points (trust me, this was a lengthy qccount including having the car towed to them and them being unable to locate it), he then argued with me over battery replacement. I fully understand that warranties in this industry will not cover battery replacement. And fair enough, if it were from normal wear and tear, I'd have no problem replacing it myself. The trouble is: the battery was killed as part of the CAS module going out and being repaired. After the lengthy, frustrating process, I would have expected more empathy and a greater attempt at restoring my faith in my vehicle and in the brand. This did not occur. The service manager proceeded to argue with me over a $200 battery plus an additional $200+ to re-program (again, even though this was damaged in the process of repairing the vehicle). He continued to ask me if I approved the service of replacing the battery. yes, of course. The only alternative option would be to have the car towed (for the 3rd time) to replace it myself only to have it towed back to BMW for reprogramming. Regardless of whatever your policy is, it sucks. It’s shady and so are your service folks. All in all, I plan on selling my car asap. Do not trust these people with servicing your car. You will be swindled and disappointed. Also check out their BBB complaints. The service department has many. More
I wanted to express our appreciation to Taylor Erla for his assistance in a recent matter. We were in Colorado on vacation and my X5 started making some interesting noises in the drive train. We were wor his assistance in a recent matter. We were in Colorado on vacation and my X5 started making some interesting noises in the drive train. We were worried about traveling back home to Texas in our car. I contacted Schomp BMW and was connected with Taylor. He got my car into the shop quickly and got it diagnosed within the day. It was not good news as the parts we needed were not readily available. He got me into a loaner and keep us apprised of the status of the parts that were ordered. He stayed on top of the issue and actually got the parts in & installed a few days before we needed to head back to Texas for some business appointments. He was energetic, understanding, and he realized that we were from out of State and needed help. As we spend a lot of time in Colorado these days, I would definitely contact Taylor if I ever need assistance again. He is an asset to your dealership and I now have a "local BMW dealer and service rep" that I would contact or use in the future. Ed and Katy James 2018 BMW X5 More

Alber service director, and Albert Cruz.service advisor. Adrian made sure that everything was done properly, he was very knowledgeable with parts. Albert kept me informed about my car being serviced, what needed to be done, he was very nice, very polite, and always smiled, I am certain that he had a very long day, but it did not matter, he smiled.
