Excellent customer service I was recently in with my 5 series and was impressed with the customer service from the start. Everything is very convenient and meant to have you out the door as quickly as possible. While I did have to wait a couple of weeks to get my vehicle back due to warranty issues, the service I received was above expectations. While I haven't done much business with Schomp, I will continue to in the future. Thank you More
Never needed to actually go to the dealership It was great, I had my car towed through BMW. Covered by my warranty. Because I live far from Schomp they sent my car back via valet. Overpriced unknowledgeable service advisor Got an estimate of 13 k for maintenance repairs Tried to pressure me into lots of repairs. Said even very minor items were critical. Customer service in Service area needs help I arrived and both clerks were busy helping customers (at service desk) in the service area. I took a seat in front of the desk to wait for them to fi I arrived and both clerks were busy helping customers (at service desk) in the service area. I took a seat in front of the desk to wait for them to finish. They both finished and started working on computer or on paperwork. They never looked up to acknowledge me or let me know they would help shortly. I waited patiently for one of them to be ready since they both saw me arrive. After about 10 min., another customer walked in from the bay and went up to interrupt them and got helped. I finally decided to do the same to the second guy and interrupt to get help picking up my car. What ever happened to looking up at least with a nod to greet someone and let them know you will help shortly? Please train them to greet all guests and ask if they can help. Sometimes, if they look busy, we are politely waiting for them to look up and this is the second time I show up and neither one offers to help. I have sat there in front of them and neither look up or ask if they can help. This has happened several times. Unnacceptable. On other hand, the service area guy who explained what they did to my car was very polite, but the service that was quoted as a few hours took 3 days. I am not sure what the service desk area guys names were so I had to randomly chose someone for the review. I do not know who they are. They are always the same ones. More

My Service Experience The service at the Dealership is excellent. I was greeted by a friendly service provider when I first drove my car into the Service area. Jenna was courteous and informative as to how long the service would take and what was involved. The car was ready earlier then anticipated, which was a nice surprise, as I had to drive almost 70 miles to get to this location. It was a pleasure working with this service team. More
