Everyone I worked with was genuinely friendly and helpful. Several inquired to ensure I had been helped. And others offered water or coffee while I waited for my car to be delivered. The mechanic recommended that I need an alignment. Took my car today to family tires ( where I bought my tires last month) I was advised my alignment was perfect. I was also advised I need a new battery. My battery was replaced in October 2016 by your shop. I am beginning to question the competency of the mechanic who surviced my car this time. More

At schomp you get the impression that if you're not dressed like you own a BMW or have money you will not get a second thought towards you. Overall very poor service.
