Horrible experience Brought my 2013 BMW 328i & they refused Service because they told me that if she wasn't covered under warranty. So I took it to a second opinion mech Brought my 2013 BMW 328i & they refused Service because they told me that if she wasn't covered under warranty. So I took it to a second opinion mechanic and he totally disagrees BMW was trying to charge me $6000 the Second opinion mechanic said I should be covered under warranty and that it's a malfunctioning issue not an outside source issue. Everyone I worked with was genuinely friendly and helpful. Several inquired to ensure I had been helped. And others offered water or coffee while I waited for my car to be delivered. The mechanic recommended that I need an alignment. Took my car today to family tires ( where I bought my tires last month) I was advised my alignment was perfect. I was also advised I need a new battery. My battery was replaced in October 2016 by your shop. I am beginning to question the competency of the mechanic who surviced my car this time. More

horrible customer service I've been in multiple times to get parts for my 3 series and to look at a new car. More than once I've been in for parts, no one asked me if I needed I've been in multiple times to get parts for my 3 series and to look at a new car. More than once I've been in for parts, no one asked me if I needed help, and at times had other customers cut in front. At schomp you get the impression that if you're not dressed like you own a BMW or have money you will not get a second thought towards you. Overall very poor service. If you need a BMW dealership in Colorado. Go to Gebhardt. Much better. More

Tire blow out Awesome service! My i3 was towed in for a flat tire. It was replaced quickly. When I came to pick my vehicle up it was fully charged and so clean it l Awesome service!
