We live out of the area and had just traveled 3 hours to purchase a BMW from another dealer in Parker, Colorado. We were extremely disappointed when we arrived to look at this vehicle that was not at all a purchase a BMW from another dealer in Parker, Colorado. We were extremely disappointed when we arrived to look at this vehicle that was not at all as described to us and in fact the salesman flat out lied. We stopped by Shomp before heading out of the area feeling completely defeated. Marcello greeted us at the door. Not only was he extremely professional but listened to what we were looking for. We kept in constant contact with him over the next few weeks while he looked for a vehicle for us. When one came in on trade he immediately contacted us and sent photos and description. He obtained financing and prepared the vehicle for sale before we ever came back to the dealership. When we came in a couple weeks later, the financing was in place and the vehicle was exactly as Marcello had stated it was. We left with our "new" BMW and the very next day left for a road trip and put over 1,600 miles on it. What a treat! Not only is BMW the best but so was our experience at Shomp! Found extra part while going over the vehicle with Corrie Nave. Asked your mechanic and he broke a connecter for the fresh air/cabin filter. He didn't even offer to have it replaced. Corrie didn't know answer to several questions I had about the vehicle (Hands free phone, auto locks when put in gear, simple programs for radio). Most of my questions I found answers to using the provided CD. I wanted the truck programmed to auto lock the doors when put in gear. Their response was it'll have to be hooked up and programmed implying it would cost me. Again I'll have this checked when I bring it in for it's next service. I LOVE this X5! I appreciate the direct and respectful approach taken by the people at Schomp and a willingness to do whatever it takes to take care of us and our car. The best example is in the lease process of our third X5 which we got from Schomp but needed delivery in Houston. I work in the UK and my wife works in Houston while we maintain our home in Colorado - but my wife needed the car in Houston. Dean arranged for the car to be shipped to her door in Houston with no problem and the leasing arrangements were made by email and phone from England and Texas. Similarly, when the lease came to an end, we were able to get the lease inspection done in Houston and the buyout information was done by email so that when I was back to Colorado all I had to do was write a check for the residual. Going forward, it doesn't matter where we live, we plan to buy from Schomp. Even if the steering wheel is on the right side of the car (kidding). Ralph Schomp BMW Service is a friendly, efficient operation. At 7:25 AM, they had me in and out within 10 minutes, on my way to work in a loaner car. They called by midmorning to let me know that my car was in good shape, requiring only the normal oil/fluids/inspection, ready for pickup by 6:00 PM. When I returned at 5:40 PM, they had me on my way home within 10 minutes. This is a huge change from my previous dealer, Prestige Audi, where there was always a long wait, sometimes no loaner car, and overselling on services that didn't really need to be performed. I had a BMW 5 series that I loved for many years, so why I ever bought an Audi is beyond me. I'm so glad to be back in a BMW and with Ralph Schomp! 6 stars on a scale of 5. More

Since there is no incentive for dealers to push you to a car that you cannot afford, all of the sales people were very helpful.
