I really wanted a pretty blue SUV. I had purchased a grey X5 in March and absolutely love it but always wondered if it was up to the quality of used cars that I need. I thought about trading the grey one in on the blue one, but then decided to keep both. The blue 2002 X5 was in wonderful shape and so clean and pretty. Just what I expect in an used car. The price on it was extremely fair and I was happy to make the purchase. I found the blue X5 on the internet and drove down to Denver to just go on an "adventure" more or less. I was 100% certain that I would buy but when I say the vehicle, I was sold. Then the customer service regarding how could I get the new X5 home and my other one too was exceptional. I left my grey X5 there to be inspected by your men and while they did find some issues that need to be attended to pretty quickly, I think I am going to keep it as well and use it in the winter time. Tom Todd was the nicest and most down to earth person. I LOVE the no pressure sales and I also love the ONE PRICE. I hate haggling. I thank you all so much for making this X5 purchase such a positive experience and I thank your service team for inspecting my other X5 and letting me know what it needed to bring it up to par with the type of vehicle I need to be able to rely on.
