Fortunately Sales Manager Denis White took over and thank goodness he did. Excellent service with all details taken care of. As we live 2 hours from Denver we did not want to spend hours and hours picking up the car. Paperwork was prepared for our arrival and all duly signed in a timely manner. Ryan Hannon did a super job of explaining how all the gizmos worked. We were made to feel welcome and comfortable in the beautiful show room. More

They even have fresh bottled water and juices, fruits! for those with a healthier lifestyle. You can sit in front of a huge roaring fireplace or you can watch your favorite shows in another area. I know my credit isn't that perfect so I automatically assumed I had to go to a buy here pay here dealership. You know the ones that say Everyone's Approved! But they forget to tell you that your interest rate is "20%". And it's a car you tell your friends it's just till I can afford something better. I decided to try with Schomp BMW, because... I originally inquired about a new BMW X5 online and got in contact with a nice guy named Kevin, I test drove with him, got to know him and strongly considered buying from him. The X5 was nice (although it was about $5000 more than a comparably equipped Lexus RX and was disappointed that EVERYTHING seemed like an expensive option I still considered getting this SUV). One day I visited the dealership only to find that Kevin was absent so I had to deal with his 'superior' which was Nick... He was pushy and kept trying to get me to BUY TODAY. (Even though they didn't have the right color or options or anything) I kept asking him who in their right mind would want to blow $60,000 on a car that isn't the right color or choice. Finally one day (after he called me 3 times in one day) he got me on the phone only to find that I was one of the people affected with the serious flooding in Northern Colorado and basically told me that 'since I didn't drown, then I should buy a car to celebrate' REALLY??!! My house sustained thousands of dollars of loss, I was out of work a week and he practically LAUGHED at my situation? This was FAR from professional... I was so mad I went to the Lexus dealership near my house in Frederick and just bought the Lexus RX... secretly I am sort of glad that Nick pushed me to this point... I have the new RX and couldn't be any happier. Forget it. Go elsewhere!! Please take my advice. More

No need to haggle about numbers, getting lied to about how much they have into the vehicle, and that they have to get so much out of it to make a profit, etc. We've all had to deal with the "old" way. My wife and I, purchased a 2011 328ix in December of 2011. Since, that time we have had a number of service appointments and all were positive experiences. Recently, the service soon light came on and got an appointment with Andrew within 2 days. There was lots of work to be done; replace filter, oil change, few other things, cost to me was $50 co pay only. All work was under warranty and with a smile. Service is what keep us customers returning to the dealer and having a person like Andrew will keep this 67 year old coming back. They are great. More
