Have been working with them since they were on Broadway and thought it might not be possible to exceed my expectations. Every single year they somehow figure it out how to get better. From my salesperson Jesse Esquibel making it so seamless and simple to lease a car, having everything ready when you walk in the door, to the Geniuses who are so knowledgeable to instruct you and then the service department led by Steve Constable, Chris Adams and the crew paying attention to every move you make while in the dealership. Outstanding Service Department I had the opportunity to use Schompf service twice while at my 2nd home in Steamboat Springs, CO. The customer service I received from Grant & Derek w I had the opportunity to use Schompf service twice while at my 2nd home in Steamboat Springs, CO. The customer service I received from Grant & Derek was outstanding and extremely efficient. These guys had my X5 repaired and returned to me immediately. Grant maintained communication continuously and was diligent in having the issues addressed on my vehicle. Derek coordinated having my vehicle returned to my home 3.5 hours away efficiently. I highly recommend Schompf to anyone in Colorado or commuting between states as I do!!: ) More
