Patrick was very professional, when my wife and I arrived to the dealer for our appointment Patrick already had the vehicle detailed and in the drive-in. BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a 2018 Ford Escape with tow package. The electrical housing for the tow package is missing. Schoepp says there is nothing they can do. We can bring it in and pay for the elec package. The electrical housing for the tow package is missing. Schoepp says there is nothing they can do. We can bring it in and pay for the electrical housing to be put on. Around $200, If I purchase a vehicle with tow package, everything should be there. Eric did everything he could, management said their is nothing they would do. More
