This is the 2nd car I purchased from Schoepp Motors East Madison. Brian called quickly after I scheduled my test drive online, to confirm. He’s a friendly guy who greets you with a handshake. It was no problem when I asked to test drive another car I saw online. He made the process quick and smooth. As I was about to leave, I noticed there were no floor mats. I went back in and mentioned it to Brian. He checked and came back and said they’re ordered… I’ll let you know when they’re here… Overall, it was a good experience. More

Patrick was absolutely polite, no high pressure sales tactics, no upsales, just matter a fact vehicle sales. Mike the finance person worked with me to get an interest rate 1.75 percentage LOWER than my o tactics, no upsales, just matter a fact vehicle sales. Mike the finance person worked with me to get an interest rate 1.75 percentage LOWER than my own credit union! The BMW 430 xi we purchased was priced at book value and was well worth the price.
