The whole transaction started off to be nice, but when the sales rep brought the car to my house with my husband it started making a noise that was coming from the engine. The rep said he would have someo the sales rep brought the car to my house with my husband it started making a noise that was coming from the engine. The rep said he would have someone come get it on Monday due to it being late on Friday. I than asked why the mirror was taped and he said he believed it came from one of the workers driving carelessly. We also discovered the radio did not work which is odd because I thought they do a thorough inspection of every vehicle before putting a for sale sign on it. The next day we went down to Schoepp and spoke to the salesperson and he was nice at first but when I asked to see the Bill of Sale which was not given to my husband in his paperwork I realized that my husbands car that was a trade-in was not credited on the sale. He than got upset and had to return our keys to our car, he than proceeded to tell us how he would have to pay a Bankers fee of $500.00 out of his pocket and should he give us an oil change as well. He than stated he felt like he was going to have a fu**en heart attack. We than called Scoepp on Monday to check the status of everything and was told that they were going to try to find a different car for us. Again, still not very upset with them and feeling like Ok things happen it is a Used Car, we said OK. We than find out from the bank that they are applying for multiple vehicles that were not requested by my husband. Than my daughter who had received a pre-approval from her bank, goes in that same day to check out their cars and they showed her a car that had very high mileage and she stated she did not want that car due to the high mileage. The same salesperson than tells her that they were going to call her bank to try to get an increase in the approved amount. After waiting sometime she asked what was taking so long? She was told they were still waiting on the bank. She than said she would call the bank and they insisted she don't. She did anyway only to find out they were trying to get the car that she had specifically said she did not want. Now, one and a half weeks later I receive denial letters for car loans that I did not apply for (my husband did). I than called to speak to a Manager and was referred to the Finance Manager who as well spoke very softly but, put the entire blame on my husband (who has no idea how sales works). I just hope that anybody that goes there read all paperwork very carefully and check prices at other dealers. Don't be fooled by the friendly greeting which I will not dent they do well. More

They tell you whatever they can to get you off the lot in a car. When you go to walk away they corner you and you have to see the boss first. Then you find an issue with the vehicle they did not disclose the a car. When you go to walk away they corner you and you have to see the boss first. You then can only give bad reviews like i intend to do everywhere i can. More
