Honestly, one of the worst car buying experience I have had in 20 years. The Finance Dept was extremely rude and not willing to help after my purchase. First: I was extremely skeptical about stopping by Schoepp Motors. (I’ve heard things.) But my wife and I stopped in because we’d seen a truck we were interested in on their site. We were greeted at Schoepp Motors. (I’ve heard things.) But my wife and I stopped in because we’d seen a truck we were interested in on their site. We were greeted at the door by Charlie. Come to find out, Charlie has been Salesman of the month 60 times in the last 6 years. Great experience. I’ll skip the details that follow, but we bought a great truck in the end. Unfortunately the story doesn’t end there… Today, I was heading to drop off the title for my trade-in, when I started to feel something was off. By the time I reached the dealership, my right front caliper was seized and smoking. This next part is what began to change my view. Without hesitation, they had me in the service department talking to Bob. FANTASTIC. Seriously. Within 10 minutes, Bob, the service writer is in the shop putting new pads, rotors, AND calipers on the truck I just purchased 2 days ago. All the techs were gone and THE SERVICE WRITER went way out of his way and stayed real late to get my truck back to me 100%. Unfortunately, I had to turn around and drop it off because it’s a collapsed brake hose, but this customer service experience has been fantastic. As a man automotive service manager myself, this is exactly how I would have treated and served my own customers. Kudos Schoepp Motors team. You’re quickly winning me over, and I was as skeptical as one could get. Thank you!! More
