Mark was great to work with, let us drive 3 different vehicles and even let us get lunch during our time at the dealership! Would definetly go back and deal with Mark again. However when we finally settled on our vehicle we were hurried and it felt like the other people involved didn't care about us once we bought our vehicle. We had a vehicle in mind and we eneded up with a different vehhicle, which so far we are happy with. Just before we left the lot we noticed a trim piece missing, Mark told us that the service department would be able to take care of it and to call the next day for a service apointment, the outcome on that has yet to be determined. After we were home, the fog lights would not turn on and that service has been sceduled. Overall so far we are satisfied with Mark and the time he spent with us, and will return to deal with Mark. Walked in Oct. 4th with the intention of looking as my car was on it's last legs. Was greeted by MARK LATIF who was very friendly and helpful. He showed me a couple cars and I road tested one.
