Rick was an excellent help--I mentioned the vehicle I was looking for and within moments we were taking a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking to purchase and walked me through e looking for and within moments we were taking a test drive. Patrick was very helpful in my car purchase. Initially he was responsive enough to call me back after I left him a message concerning the car I wanted. He was able to let me know that there was some possibli was responsive enough to call me back after I left him a message concerning the car I wanted. He was able to let me know that there was some possiblity of negotiation on the price of the car. Because of this I made the drive to Middleton to see the car. It was the car I wanted. In the test drive I thought that the car was running rough so before I took the car home he made sure that it was serviced. He offered me a loaner for the next day and even filled it up with gas. All of this was happening during a snow storm. Partick was able to negotiate a price that I was happy with and started the process of financing. If I have any thing that was not really great it was that when i came to pick up the car on Friday it was not ready. I did not have a stated specific time but I was unaware that it needed a new part. This was late due to the snow storm which could not be helped. Patrick offered to buy me lunch while I was waiting. I have never bought a car from a dealer before and overall the experience was very positive More

I bought my used van from rick gray at schoepp motors because i wanted somthing i could haul things in mainly my yellow lab dog.
