The experience was great. We had honest and transparent dialog over both the value of the car we were buying as well as the car we were trading. The process was very smooth. All of our questions and concerns were listened to and addressed. Donna was equally as professional as Patrick and expediently got us through the paper work. The dealership was easy to see and had a lot of options for used cars. I was looking for an affordabe Acura in particular and could not afford to try and go through the regular dealerships. John asked what we were looking for and immediately said that he had a car we would love, and it was the one we ended up with. Jason and John were able to negotiate a pretty good price on the car, however their KBB finding was marked excellent when the car should have been good, thus why we were able to adjust on the price more easily. That flexibility made it worthwhile. The only thing I would do differently is get pre-financed. The credit score numbers did not match what my husbands actual credit score was, for whatever reason, thus giving us a bad interest rate. We have the car, but needless to say have already refinanced it somewhere else for over 7% less. In general John helped us find the car we were looking for, and Jason helped with the pricing. More

I really was surprised on the quick turn around from when we sat down to the time I singed the sales contract, and the finan when I came on the lot. Mark was great to work with, I felt he was honest and actually wanted to help me get the best deal. I have never gotten this feeling when working with other car sales people. I did not like the run around I got at the end of our negotiations with the manager Dale. I didn't appreciate his sales style. I don't like to be pressured and he was pressuring me to make a decision TODAY. Also while working with Mark we discussed that I owed money on the vehicle I wanted to trade in but when Dale jumped in to try and "seal the deal" he forgot or didn't know that information when he quoted me the rate and monthly payment he could give me. When I came back in to sign paperwork tonight I waited an hour....then was told the amount quoted to me (verbally) was a mistake. Needless to say we had to negotiate more on the price and I am not as satisfied as I was when I left Schoepp earlier today. End of story, I did buy the car, because I trust Mark and really liked the car. More

My grandma allowed $5,000 for my first car, and John Schurman gave me a great deal on a 2004 Mazda 3 for $5,500 for the 2013 Labor day sale. The $500 was the tax, plates and title. Other places I had previously went to, disregarded me for my age (20 yrs old), but John never did that. He worked out a way of payment that was easy for everyone, seeing as my grandma lives in Racine. My car has brand new tires, great brakes, a clean interior, no visible damages on the outside and it runs perfectly. It's all I could ask out of for a first car, which I will be keeping for quite awhile.
