I bought my second vehicle in Feb 2013 6000 miles and 93 days later a lifter went in the motor. Because it was past my warranty that they gave me they wanted $2000.00 to fix it. I didn't feel I should pay that since I only had the suv for 3 months. the day I bought it I had to bring it back within hours because the check engine light came on. It was miss firing. They fixed it for no charge as they should. I just spent 14,000.00 on an suv and I don't feel it should have motor problems after a few months and I feel they should (in good faith to the customer) buy it back and they said no. Mark (the old service mang.) is no longer their and he is the ONLY reason I went back to them. so this is why I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYBODY. More

I bought a car in December, right before New Years. It had what looked like white out, over a scratch on the car. I asked if they would fix it, and they never did. Only to find out later, after buying the car, it was in an accident! They gave me no car-fax, nothing! I should have asked also, partially my fault. Although most dealerships say they have a CarFax ready to go, to give to you to look at. So that was a big shock! Also, the passenger door wasn't aligned properly. So every time I got a car wash, water would get in. I called and asked them to readjust the door, and they did a poor job! I went to a Chevrolet Dealership, and they fixed it how it should have been in the first place. That dealership also told me, there was dent on the hood. I never saw it, until he pointed it out. So I am very displeased with Schoeep Motors. I will never go back, and will never recommend them. You can find the same car, decent price, else where with better trust. Just keep looking. More
