To be completely honest, the vehicle sold itself. I had a feature set in mind and expected to get roughly 75% all in one vehicle in my budget, but it was all 100% rolled into one and well within. That said, after I expressed interest, Jason was a great helping out and making sure that the whole process went smooth. The only negative was that he originally went too low and had to bring it back up after passing by a higher-up. After getting my hopes really up, it was a letdown when I was told that it was going to be more than he said. We did make a decent sum of the difference back on a "cherry on top" feature was completely my idea to throw in (of course he wanted to throw in detailing, oil changes, etc... cheap dealer add-ins) not expecting it to be well received. All-in-all, I own the vehicle that I really wanted and the process went smooth. More

Everyone was friendly. After checking the blue books, I felt that I got a fair deal (I had a trade in). They called for a follow up. I told them I didn't get an automobile manual. The service was so fast, friendly and willing to work with us, we were out of there within an hour with our new 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. I'm thoroughly pleased with my new truck and you can barely tell it is used. Our Sales technician Jason Kossow greeted us in the parking lot and had us in the truck for a test drive within a half hour.
