I had very little time to test drive a car and possibly buy it over lunch. I had called ahead, and Sean Meredith was actually waiting for me, with keys in hand with the car i had seen online. He was super friendly, knew a lot about the car I wanted, explained the options to me, and based on my time constraints, got me in and out of the dealership in under an hour. He even offered to get my old car back to my house for me so I could drive the new one back to work. Got a 2009 Mini Cooper for an excellent price and with great service to boot. The service was excellent,but I did feel a little pressured, which is never a good thing when making a large purchase/commitment. And while I really love my car, it find it a little disappointing tha pressured, which is never a good thing when making a large purchase/commitment. And while I really love my car, it find it a little disappointing that they did not inform me of a small rust spot that is beginning to bubble the paint at the top of the windshield or that the rear driver's side door lock does not function correctly. And I am also disappointed to find out that they did not have a Ford dealer acquire the keyless entry code. It wouldn't be a big deal, except it will not cost me $50-100 to get this taken care of. Other than the minor issues above, I would definitely buy my next vehicle from them, if not straight from a Ford dealer. More
