Forever a customer I was unsure if I would be able to ever afford a Toyota Camry that was like the car I purchased today. Nick Vullings contacted me promptly after I emailed the dealership that I was looking for a used car. Today, Nick and I started the process of finding me the car of my dreams, and by the afternoon, we owned it! The options that Nick offered us went above and beyond what I EVER expected, as we are on a tight budget with growing children that take every last cent we have:) Nick and I first discussed a less expensive option, but when I saw this particular Camry on the website, I had my heart set on it! Nick and I emailed back and forth, and to my surprise, this more expensive option was within our reach! The vehicle that I traded is a 2005 Pacifica, was given a more than expected trade in value - which I never thought would happen. Thanks to the team at Schoepp Motors North East side, I drove off with a vehicle that I feel safe and proud to own. I will highly recommend Nick and his team to all of my family and friends, because if he could make my dream come true, I know others can become proud owners, too of a vehicle that they are proud of. Nice used car :) I went to Schoepp Motors last Saturday 4-26-2014 to see Nathan, and to just looks at what he could do for me as far as cars. He was able to get me a used 2011 Rav4 with only about 29,400 miles on it. I was so suprised when he told me that this was my car instead of the one that I originally had test drove. Poor customer service I came there yesterday to start looking for a used car for my husband, And Ryan came out. I told him what I was looking for and the price range. He told me it would be best to bring my husband and the car we would be trading in. I told him I was the only one that could start looking yesterday because my husband was working and our kids were in school and daycare. After that he continued to be rude. I then decided to leave. When I tried to leave Ryan stood in front of my van. I rolled down my window and asked him to move. He did not move or respond. I then honked my horn and said move so I could leave. He said did you just honk at me? I said yes and will do it until you move or someone else comes out to see what was going on. What kind of costumer service is that?!! Or more like harassment? More
