I stopped by Schoepp to take a look at an Audi A4 sedan that they had for sale, as I was looking for a safe, reliable car with AWD. Nick was so friendly and professional, I am so happy I had the pleasure of working with him. He worked magic and 2 hours later, I drove away in a gorgeous white new Audi A4 convertible!!!Not only did he make my day and month, he made my entire year! I was shopping around for a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. A family member recommended I "just check" at Schoepps. He introduced me to Nathan and I knew whatever vehicle we chose, it would be purc daughter. A family member recommended I "just check" at Schoepps. My experience with Nathan and Schoepp was phenominal from start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation from the receptionist. I have purchased from Schoepp before and had an amazing experience, but the consistency behind the customer service is why I was prompted to write. Nathan made my visit to the lot very comfortable and he worked diligently to get me in the vehicle I was in love with. I have referred 2 co-workers to Schoepp in the past year and their experiences were on the exact same line as mine.
