I must say the recommendation was dead perfect on, and honestly it wasn't even on my list for consideration, as I typically bought german engineering. After one our big Wisconsin snow falls in early December, I was in a terrible car accident totaling my sweet Acura I had purchased only 6 months prior. Within a few minutes of pulling into the lot, I was greeted by Nick Vullings. Despite the cold temperature, he asked me about my situation and what I desired in a vehicle. He assured me that he will help me get into the vehicle that I'm looking for. Unlike the other sales men that I dealt with in Madison, NICK ACTUALLY FOLLOWED THROUGH! He promised he would take care of me, and reassured me that I would once again find my perfect car. He was persistent, not pushy, and confident, not cocky. Nick made me feel like I was a VIP customer. One of the many differences that sets Nick apart from the other dealers, is that he truly listens to what his customers are asking for. I gave him my vehicle requirements, and within NO TIME, Nick found the perfect car that match my needs and wants not only physically, but financially. He is unbelievably efficient!
