There was very little pressure on us, and he repeatedly went the extra mile to help make our experience better (including jumping at the opportunity to help when my six-month-old daughter peed around her diaper somehow all over the floor). Simply AMAZING :) I went online Friday night and found the exact vehicle I had been searching for getting my husband. Nick got all necessary information from my husband to get the ball rolling. 2 hours later we were on the lot and as pulling in the parking lot we spotted the truck and our salesman Nick(whom we never met) came walking over greeted both my Husband and I by first name like he had known us for years!
