I avoid it when I can and when the time comes it is like going to the dentist... Who likes it? Well the time has come for me to get my next truck so after days of looking online I put on my "as much patience as I can handle" face on and went to visit some dealerships. I had zero intention of buying anything today- just browsing and Nick Vullings at Schepp was the 4th stop I had this morning. Right away Nick took the pressure off. He very politely asked if he could help with anything, answer any questions, or if I was just there browsing today. There is a typical salesperson script that I have heard 3 times already that day but Nick was different. We looked at specific truck I saw online that I liked and Nick was extremely knowledgeable. Asked all the questions I had and after I felt so comfortable I wanted to go ahead with the sale. Nick never pushed but provided such a good experience and a great deal that I wanted to get the truck. Nick took care of everything quickly and professionally from there on and sold me nothing I didn't need or want. Everything was clearly explained and the truck was perfectly cleaned and set up for me to pick up. Nick Vullings will be the guy I go see to get a vehicle every time moving forward. More

We met with TJ Kelly who was very knowledgeable about the truck and was able to tell us about all of the benefits that the F150 could provide. He took us on a very in-depth test drive and showed us how to use a lot of the different functions in the truck. He was very thorough and understanding of our wants and needs. When we decided to buy the truck T.J. made sure that we got the truck at a great price that fit within our price range. He also made sure that our kids did not get too bored during the entire process by keeping them involved with the discussions and making sure they were not too thirsty or hungry during the entire process. Donna, in finance, was also very friendly and easy to work with. She made sure that the entire finance process went as quick as possible. I would have no problem buying another vehicle or recommending Schoepp Motors, and T.J., to someone I know when they need to purchase another vehicle. More

Horrible customer service I was in the market for a new vehicle last week so I stopped at Schoepp. Unfortunately, they had the exact vehicle that I wanted, so I purchased from I was in the market for a new vehicle last week so I stopped at Schoepp. Unfortunately, they had the exact vehicle that I wanted, so I purchased from them. My experience was beyond terrible though. John Schurman was my salesman. He met me on the lot, and I went inside with him. The whole time we were working together, he had one of those e-cigs out, puffing on it, and we would go outside, and he was smoking cigarettes. I just thought this was rude. He just didn't seem to care at all about anything other than making the sale. I sat and waited to sign papers for a few hours, not once did he check on us, and when we were done, I asked if the car would be washed and he said no, since it was raining (it had rained about 3 hours prior in the day, thats it) Overall, I would not recommend this dealership. I contacted Patrick Rogalla who was very helpful giving me information about the vehicle I had seen online. I asked additional questions about a similar vehicle and he allowed me to drive that one as well. I truly appreciate Patrick's patience and knowledge. I would not have made my decision without his input. I received helpful information about the vehicle's history and price. They were willing to wait for my decision and I ended purchasing the vehicle three days later.
