After a couple emails back and forth, we were able to narrow down a few options that meet our need. One evening we stopped by the dealership and a couple hours later were driving home in an amazing vehicle, well better off than we imagined. I NEVER make quick decisions, especially when it comes to spending money and this experience was truly different. I felt he understood us, our need and really wanted to help us. He walked through all the details and answered our questions. I would trust him to find another vehicle for us in the future. More

2012 Dodge Grand Caravan We had scheduled to come in for a meet and greet, and our first and only time we met we left satisfied and with a big smile. After looking at a few vehicles, he directed us to what we deserved and as a family of 5 we needed something bigger. We love our Grand Caravan, the space is awesome we love the stow n go. The ride is really smooth and so quite. I have officially become a soccer dad. Gave her a bath and cleaned it as soon as we got home. Came up for one truck left with one even better. Ryan V. was wonderful!!! I first spotted a truck on the internet, I called and was lucky to be placed in touch with Ryan. From the beginning Ryan seemed to be truely sincere, he listened to our needs and concerns. We drove two hours to purchase a used vehicle from Ryan and it was a great experience. The facility was very nice as well. Ryan showed us some vehicles, not pressuring us to anything, giving us good advise and when we saw the one we wanted he walked us through everything. The process was easy and painless and did not take all day. My husband and I both agree, this was by far the best experience in buying a car. Donna was wonderful as well. Quick and efficient, she found us the best rate and length of loan. Overall I would definitely recommend Schoepp Motors to others. I can only hope that the other sales members are as good as Ryan.
