He didn't harass me at all, waited on me to get back to him. I told him what I wanted and he got the automobile! painless and no xxxxxxxx I decided that I wanted to buy a used car on Monday and spent monday thru Wednesday going to traditional dealerships. I got yanked around, saw overpri I decided that I wanted to buy a used car on Monday and spent monday thru Wednesday going to traditional dealerships. I got yanked around, saw overpriced cars, was demeaned and actually asked to leave one dealership (they were asking 13 thousand dollars for a car valued kbb at 6500). I was weary of going to Schoepp because it was an hour away from home and it only dealt in used cars. Patrick had made several contacts with me thru email and phone which I had ignored because I was so burned out with the car buying process. I decided to call as a last ditch effort, and told him about my week of hunting and how awful it had been. He had a car similarly equipped to others I'd been looking at, and I laid it out to him over the phone. I was willing to trade in my old car and add in 2500 dollars cash. That was it. He said he'd go crunch the numbers and called me back and said we could probably make something work. I drove there with a check in hand made out to the dealership. We got there, I saw the car (didn't test drive because I was just done at this point) and we got down to quick business. He threw 2900 dollars at me as an offer, which I refused because I had a check for 2500. I showed him the check, he went away and came back and said we had a deal. All things considered, I appreciated this no xxxxxxxx dealing. I know what the car was worth and so did he. He respected me even though I'm only 20 (a lot of places wouldn't take me seriously) and in the end I left in a reasonable amount of time which is good for his bottom line, too. Was he the nicest salesperson I've ever met? No, but he is FAIR AND REASONABLE. That's the most important thing. We made a good business deal and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. More

Lemon Schoepp sold me a lemon and didn't stand behind it. I purchased a 2008 Ford F350 that had electrical problems. I had the vehicle in 4 times with Schoepp sold me a lemon and didn't stand behind it. I purchased a 2008 Ford F350 that had electrical problems. I had the vehicle in 4 times with no fix. I had it fixed by another dealer and they refused to pay for it. Stay away from these typical used car salesman. More

Earn Your Pay "VERY POOR EXPERIENCE" Stopped in to price out used car and financing, they got me approved and I decided not to go through with the deal. The next two days received phone calls from sales person and finance Mgr. stating they worked so hard to get deal done and that I basically had too buy the car because they " worked so hard" to get the financing approved. Very HIGH pressure from dealership. I would not recommend anyone to ever shop at Schoepp Motors. I will never even stop in and look at a car again!! More

Last year, I went into the Dealership branch to buy a particular vehicle. I liked the make and the price. Howver, upon inspection it was counted unfit for sale by the dealership. Nick quickly offered me several other good alternatives. The one I chose ended up needing several repairs which the dealership undertook with free parts and free workmanship. When a particular problem was noticed and the dealership would normally not undertake that work, Nick got another mechanic to look at the vehicle and was willing to pay for the repairs from his own pocket!
