Patrick Rogalla helped me find a great car that, when paired with my trade-in, still gave me a newer (2013) car with low mileage, and that fit my budget. Great price for both my trade and for the new car. The one issue in the new car was some stains in the cloth seats. I had already wanted leather seats, and Patrick was able to take care of the problem by having the seats reupholstered. As for the financial piece with Donna, it was exactly what you want at that phase; accurate, quick, and painless. As long as Patrick is selling cars at Schoepp it's where my family will purchase our cars. More

That kind of salesperson has a huge impact on the impression of the company as a whole, however I was not impressed with some of the other salesguys who made standing outside the building an unpleasant experience since it seemed they needed to light up every ten minutes or so. I'm not against smoking, but when it's so strong you have find yourself looking around to see it they're right behind you... My husband would say I'm very critical when it comes to car salesmen, and Mike was at the top. We were also impressed that you guys worked with us and got us exactly what we wanted.
