Mike and Charlie were awsome to work with I was upside down on my car loan when it broke I call schoepp motors and talked to Charlie who walked me through how everything would work and assure I was upside down on my car loan when it broke I call schoepp motors and talked to Charlie who walked me through how everything would work and assured me that they could get me into a car the next day to come in and talk to Mike so I went in to schoepp and Mike helped us greatly as well it took a total of 3 hours and I was able to drive my 2013 toyota Camry off the lot I would recommend talking to Mike or Charlie if you want a great deal and GREAT customer service. Absolutely Wonderful!! I took an hour drive to Schoepp Motors and met with Nick Vullings to look at a Chevy Silverado. It was a very nice truck, but there were a few minor issues with it. Nick Vullings and his team worked extra hard to correct the issues and I could not be more pleased with how well I was treated and how well the truck turned out! Nick Vullings and his team stand behind the quality of the cars they sell. They never stopped working with me or making sure everything was in place for me to purchase this beautiful truck. Well, Mike B. did such a great job, I actually traded in my 2012 Buick Lacrosse for a beautiful Nissan Murano and bought a 2013 Dodge Dart for my daughter. Patrick, Brian, and Donna...a team worth working with! Originally submitted a request to have my car appraised and received a call from Brian about the car I was inquiring about. Had a nice chat, but decid Originally submitted a request to have my car appraised and received a call from Brian about the car I was inquiring about. Had a nice chat, but decided to check around. A couple days later, I called Brian back to schedule a test drive, and it ended up being his day off so he directed me to Patrick. I met Patrick over my lunch hour and didn't have a lot of time, and the car I was looking at ended up having a dead battery so I wasn't able to drive it, but arranged a time later in the day to come back. Patrick had a new battery put in the vehicle, and had it washed up. We took it for a spin...drove really nice. Went back to the office and began talking numbers. Patrick and Donna went out of their way to make me a deal I could not refuse. I would highly recommend this team, and Schoepp Motors! More
