RUN! If you want to be condescended, treated like you’re nothing, an idiot, receive shady, and xxxxty service, go right ahead. Otherwise RUN! Very unpro If you want to be condescended, treated like you’re nothing, an idiot, receive shady, and xxxxty service, go right ahead. Otherwise RUN! Very unprofessional, pushy, unpleasant and uncomfortable sales practices. Shady hand written and hand drawn signature lines on a paper and being pushed into signing it to agree on a price of the car or to receive an offer. Being told what is and isn’t good for you. Also when you test drive, you are told where you have to take the car for a test drive on John‘s terms. Continuously being told in a very arrogant and delusional fashion how much experience he apparently has and how what he is offering is the only good thing in your life you will ever have. If you want to look to see what you’re looking for and find the right fit, this place and especially John Flood is a red flag and the shady car sales person you know from all the movies you hope you will never encounter in your life. Make sure you run! Frankly these supposedly positive reviews all sound like he wrote them for himself! He is far from being a credible sales man, and even further from knowing how to provide even the basics of good customer service! More
