Brian Cribbs honestly, my experience before getting to the dealership wasn't absolutely the greatest. I submitted the request online, the day before I went, about a car that was no longer available; however, they had not removed it the website. So, the response I received I thought the car telling me they would contact me later regarding the car was encouraging. So, right away the next morning, I received a phone call and a text from Brian. He was incredibly interested in helping me out and finding what I was looking for; inform me immediately that the car that I was looking at was no longer available, and he would be more than happy to help me find something else. When I got there, Brian was more than happy to help me and did everything he could to help me find something I liked. being relatively picky person, I commend Brian for the great job you did helping me find the car that I like that was in my price range. He went out of his way to help me get financing and to make sure that I could get the car that I really wanted. So, even though I started with a fairly bad experience, Brian did an absolutely amazing job of making sure that I left there happy and in a reasonable amount of time. He made me feel right at home and welcome despite the oops on my credit, and he went out of his way to make sure that I didn't leave there without getting what I came for. I would honestly say that Brian was absolutely amazing and made sure that my not necessarily great initial experience became a really good experience. He didn't try to BS me, he didn't condescend to me as a woman, and he treated me like a human being not just another sale. I think that if I had that experience with anybody else, I probably would have walked away and looked somewhere else, but the way that Brian treated me and the way that he made up for the not so great experience I had to begin with made up for everything. I had purchased a 2003 Camry used from Schoepp Motors in 2007 and drove it to almost 300,000 miles. I was so happy with it that I wanted to buy another one. Patrick found me a 2014 Camry LE with only 2800 miles on it for way less than new price. They made it fit with my payment goal and even provided me with a Muffin for breakfast. Then Donna the Business Manager saved me 1/2 percent on the interest because she went the extra mile to look for a better deal than what I was preapproved for. Love it! Thank you Schoepp Motors for all the great years of driving and to Patrick and Donna for the wonderful experience. I will always come back for my next car. :) More

I had a vague idea of what I wanted and knew my budget (my insurance check...I hadn't been budgeting for a new car, so that was it). Mike Bielawski was great! He showed me a couple of cars on the Northeast lot, and even took me to the East branch to look at a few there. He was great and helped me narrow down what I really wanted. He found a Toyota Camry that fit my needs--a surprise for this 4-time Ford buyer! He was able to help me get the perfect car and bring it in line with my budget. I can't say enough good things. I didn't feel for a minute that he was working to sell me a car, but instead that he was helping me buy one. No pressure, and he laid a few things out for me very honestly about some of the cars and whether they were a fit for me. He was very direct, and professional, but definitely a nice guy to deal with. I would absolutely buy from him again! More

We wanted a bigger SUV and that is all he listened to. He did not listen to the other 2 must haves. Lower than 50,000 miles and monthly payments no higher than $300 dollars. He had us test drive a few cars to find out what we liked and that was nice. But, ever vehicle he showed us was way over mileage. He kept say, "I just want to find out what you like." We did not buy that day because he was unable to show us something in our mileage and price range that would keep us at the monthly payments we could afford. I called him a week later to ask some questions. He needed one more sale to make Top Seller for the month. He asked me if I liked the Ford Escape and I did, just not the one on their lot with too many miles and cost too much. He said let me talk to the finance guy and I said ok. but didn't know what that was going to do? Lower the mileage on that car that he desperately wanted to unload? He came back with payments of $350 which were too high on a car we didn't want. This whole time he was worried about selling us something on his lot, not something we wanted/needed. He hadn't listened to what we wanted, only what he wanted to hear. By the way our own homework has lead us to the Dodge Journey which we have found many that meet our mileage and monthly payment requirements. More

We pulled up and both took that sigh we all know we do when we have to deal with car "looking" or shopping. We were greeted by Eddie and immediately he just listened to us gripe, talk, and look for answers within our statements of our "life" facts. He smiled and began to explain our options without any sense of pressure. We certainly were not looking to be driving home that very day in a new minivan! We soon met Patrick and discussed our options even further. Patrick was upfront and honest with us. Minutes later we were smiling from ear to ear while transferring our "stuff" from our SUV to our NEW VAN! We are beyond grateful for everyone's help and patience with us while we weighed all of our options. We were given our own room to discuss and talk between ourselves without any pressure (this was huge in my book)!
