He suggested we just use the van to complete the errands as sort of a test drive. We knowingly left with the van (push button start) but without the keys. WE hadn't planned on stopping anywhere. Within minutes of leaving Nick realized that we didn't have the keys and jumped into his car and headed to the destination in an attempt to rescue us. Only knowing him for several minutes, this didn't surprise me. He is the poster child for customer service. He went above and beyond. As it turned out, the other van did have more features and value but they matched Nick's price because they knew we were going back to Nick. They bought the sale, they didn't earn it. More

I wish I could give them a 0 I bought a used car from the east side and had it for a week and the service stabili track warning, traction control light, and abs light came on. I called at talked with the guy I bought it from and he said that it doesn't mean anything and will be fine. I said no I want it fixed. He told me I had to take it to the west side to get it fixed. I said fine no problem. Took it there to get fixed and was given a loaner car. When I get my car back two days later the same lights came on. I have been contacting them to get it looked at again but every time I make an appointment, I call and confirm it and to make sure I have a loaner car, they never have one for me. This has been going on for two weeks now and I am extremely unhappy. I live an hour away and need a vehicle to drive to work. They tell me they only have 4 loaner cars and it's hit or miss if I can get one. My car is unsafe and they are not making it easy to get fixed. Buyer beware!!!!! More

Decent car. Terrible experience. Never going back Stopped in just to look around and possibly test drive. After test driving a nice vehicle I was asked if they could look into financing for me. They would not even look without my signature. After I signed saying I would purchase the car if the payments came in under $300/month they came back saying it would be closer to $400. However I had signed the form and they said I acted as if I wanted it by calling my insurance agent to price out insurance for affordability. Very pushy getting me to sign. Also told me car was fully checked. Come to find out tires are almost completely bald on the inside which I specifically asked and he said tires were "great". Didn't even come with a full tank of gas or floor mats. Very disappointed. Will not be returning here. Ended up with a car I enjoy but it was priced high- $1500 over market value come to find out even though he said he was the lowest in town- not true. More
