Bad experience that turned out good I purchased a mini van from schoepp that was JUNK..it hadn't come with a warranty but after much debate and quite a bit of help from my salesman Nick I purchased a mini van from schoepp that was JUNK..it hadn't come with a warranty but after much debate and quite a bit of help from my salesman Nick we reached a happy medium and i was able to trade it back in for what I paid which was put towards the Hummer I now have and love. Timing is everything So when I first walked on the lot I was overwhelmed with all my options. Mike took the time to go over all the things that I was looking for and gave So when I first walked on the lot I was overwhelmed with all my options. Mike took the time to go over all the things that I was looking for and gave me some options. I took a look at a couple jeeps and they were just not quite what I was looking for, so he dug deeper. It turned out someone had just traded in a very nice jeep that he thought he could get to my price point. So I decided to wait for the detail guys to go over it and see how much work needed to go into it. I continued looking elsewhere in the meantime, and found a not as good, but cheaper car at another dealership(they were not nearly as helpful) I came back a few days later to see if the jeep was ready for sale. Mike told me that because of all the work that had to be put into it I was going to probably not get it for as good of a price as I wanted. Fortunately mike had been keeping his eyes open for me and had a Saab 97x lined up for me to drive and I loved it!!! 45 minutes later I drove it off the lot!!! Thanks mike. More

Great Service!! We bought a Denali the end of May from Mike Douglas and he was very knowledgable about the vehicles they had on the lot and understood what we were lo We bought a Denali the end of May from Mike Douglas and he was very knowledgable about the vehicles they had on the lot and understood what we were looking for. It was a very smooth transaction and we were on our way! Because we purchased on a Saturday we didn't get the vehicle detailed before we left. In the next week we noticed (after we washed it) that two fo the rims were pretty well shot. also the tonneau cover would not stay closed. We swung by the dealership, they looked everything over and decided it would be best to replace the two wheels and the tonneau cover. They ordered the part and within a few weeks we had 2 new tires, a new tonneau cover, and a fabulously detailed truck! The service department was SUPER accomodating and easy to work with. Very freindly and professional. The best buying and service experiences I have ever had. More

Worth the trip I went into Schoepp today with no idea of what I was looking for in a vehicle. Patrick was so awesome! David was super quick with my paperwork after we got all of the details ironed out and I got to leave in a great car today. I will definitely be going back when it's time for my next vehicle. They were so nice and really took care of me. I'm super happy I went in. My only complaint would be the legnth of time it took, it was a bit linger than i would have liked, otherwise my trip was awesome. Thanks guys. More

awesome Nathan the salesman had pretty much all my paperwork all done before I went there. He explained everything so it wasn't confusing. He offered different vehicles we could choose from. He told us about each one. What they came with and how to work the AWD etc. We were set on an AWD vehicle cuz our roads don't get plowed out before I go to work in the morning. He spoke with our current insurance company right with us. So switching over to our new car was easy. They re-detailed it for us. Nathan also threw in some extra perks. That was so nice. He set up my payments with my bank right during my visit. He knows his stuff about financing. It was all very simple and hassle free. Quite impressed with it all:) Love love our new vehicle.
