My husband passed the dealership noting the REASONABLE pricing on great vehicles. He stopped and spoke with Nick Vullings. He told him what we were looking for and our budget and Nick pointed him in the right direction. I joined them and we began the search for a second vehicle at the same time. We were upside down on one vehicle and the other couldn't be relied on so for the sake of budget, 2 vehicles it was. Nathan Delmore is a genius when it comes to securing appropriate financing. There were a few credit issues that were standing in our way of being able to secure the financing at all. Nick assured us they would take care of us. When they explained what they were going to do to make sure we got the vehicles we not only needed but wanted, I cried. I have dealt with my fair share of dealerships and NEVER did I feel that Nick Vullings and Nathan Delmore were working for anyone but us. They will forever more have our business. I have never cried tears of happiness at a dealership before... Until I worked with Nick and Nathan. I think that speaks volumes. Was sold a car with a bad engine I bought my used car here 6 months ago with about 67k miles. I have put appropriately 7000 miles on it 8 months. Turns out the the engine is burning I bought my used car here 6 months ago with about 67k miles. I have put appropriately 7000 miles on it 8 months. Turns out the the engine is burning oil and If I hadn't checked the oil in between oil changes I would have burned up the motor completely. Additionally despite the sticker saying break pads around half, the breaks have gone completely bad, making a horrible pulsing and clicking noise when trying to stop. There were several other gems I found with the vehicle later like a jammed zipper on the back windows of the soft top. Schoepp Motors and the service dept. would not acknowledge any problems or wrong doing on their part. I am well past the 3 month power train warranty. Apparently buyer beware applies here. I thought buying from a dealership meant they check their cars over and wouldn't sell something that had major engine problems. I shouldn't need to take a used car from a dealer to a mechanic to check that i'm not getting scammed. Live and learn. Worst experience of my life. More
