While test driving it was evident there were issues with the brakes being glazed over, the tires needing to be replaced and a whining noise in the engine. Also the detail job was horrible and the Rav4 smelled like wet dog. The sales person passed me off to Dale, who was extremely rude when I pointed these items out to him along with the 2 recalls still needing to be done. I asked what he needed to get for the car and he said $10,995. When I offered a different amount he simply said Have a nice day" and we walked out. More
