I had done my homework, written down vehicles that I was interested in based on their internet inventory and went in knowing what I wanted and what kind of price I wanted to pay. I was looking at 2010 and 2014 Chevrolet Equinox's with low miles and tons of features. Patrick knew that I had a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox with almost 146,000 miles to trade and wanted to get me into a car that I could afford with low miles. My only stipulation was "nothing Silver in color". Patrick put me into an awesome 2013 Chevrolet Equinox (Charcoal Grey) with only 28,900 miles and one owner. Even though my credit was less than perfect, he found me a lender with a great interest rate and a payment that was affordable. Donna McClearn (Business Manager) went through all the paperwork very thoroughly and explained things I did not understand clearly. Scott in finance was also incredibly helpful and worked with us to come up with a much better solution for financing our vehicle than we had initially planned for. Nick Vullings was so personable and helpful in this big step. He talked me through every process and made sure that I was getting everything I wanted! Nick and Mike Bielawski worked so hard to get me the best deal, which was super important to me. Everyone kept wishing me a "happy new car day", which made the day even more exciting!
