After the test drive we talked over some preliminary numbers on the value of my trade-in. After explaining that I wanted my wife to see the car before making a decision, there was no pressure whatsoever. After my wife had seen and driven the vehicle, we simply stated what our offer was and said that we didn't want to waste a lot of time if we weren't able to make the deal. Patrick wrote up our offer and took it to the Manager and I assume that he went to bat for us, since the offer was accepted! All in all, I feel that Patrick did a great job for us and couldn't have been more helpful or easy to work with. She even took us to one of their other lots to let us see a model of another vehicle we might consider so we had options. The sale went smoothly and very quickly with no high-pressure techniques.
