Disappointed Did some online shopping before I came to the lot so I knew what I wanted. Jake came out and greeted me and we went for a test drive. I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion that night and said I would pick up the next day. I was excited to pick up my car and some friends came with me. As I got to Schoepps, I walked inside and was told Jake had left and another man helped me. He found the key and pointed to my car and said Congratulations......ok..I won't lie I was a little disappointed. I go to the car and the plastic mats weren't switched out with the real mats. I found those in the trunk. Then I started up the car and the car was nearly on empty. So I walked inside and expressed that the car needed gas. The two salesman said they would take care of that...and they did. They were very helpful. While I was waiting for my car...with my friends I looked in the showroom and Jake was standing in there talking to another co-worker and I feel confident he knew I was out there because he looked in my direction. I was told he went home. I am really disappointed and upset at the severe lack of details and customer service from Jake. More

Purchase of a new vehicle Jake was very helpful the day I came looking to purchase a new vehicle. He allowed me to test drive and look into quite a few different vehicles. I Jake was very helpful the day I came looking to purchase a new vehicle. He allowed me to test drive and look into quite a few different vehicles. I really was not sure what I wanted. I knew I wanted AWD and Bluetooth. Your finance department was great. The concern lies when I came to pick the car up. I was a little surprised that it was dirty, the gas tank was on empty and the two small cracks in the windshield had not been fixed. Jake said he knew about the cracks but since I didn't say anything nothing was done. When you spend over $17K for a vehicle I think that should have been fixed before it was listed. Jake said I can come over today and have his supervisor look at it and it can probably be fixed. It will be fixed, right? Jake was with another customer when I came to pick up the car so Candy was gracious enough to go over all of the gadgets and get my cell phone connected to Bluetooth for me. She also went and filled up the car with gas. I am very please with my new vehicle and I look forward to working with Schoepp Motors in the future. More
