Quick and Easy I contacted Patrick through the dealership website and he returned my email VERY quickly - I stopped in the next day to look at the car I was interest I contacted Patrick through the dealership website and he returned my email VERY quickly - I stopped in the next day to look at the car I was interested in and Patrick was very accommodating and helpful. After the test drive we talked over some preliminary numbers on the value of my trade-in. After explaining that I wanted my wife to see the car before making a decision, there was no pressure whatsoever. After my wife had seen and driven the vehicle, we simply stated what our offer was and said that we didn't want to waste a lot of time if we weren't able to make the deal. Patrick wrote up our offer and took it to the Manager and I assume that he went to bat for us, since the offer was accepted! All in all, I feel that Patrick did a great job for us and couldn't have been more helpful or easy to work with. I would highly recommend that you visit him if you're in the market for a quality used car. After the deal was done, Donna McClearn made the paperwork/financing go quicker than I've ever experienced in any prior purchase of a new or used vehicle.
