This was the most impersonal vehicle purchase I have ever made. They did not go over anything about the truck. I brought up a couple things and all I got was it is a used truck. Purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado from them on 10/15/22. The week after I made the first payment (11/21/22)the truck completely shut down and would not start again. They added an after market bumper on it w The week after I made the first payment (11/21/22)the truck completely shut down and would not start again. They added an after market bumper on it which is causing the sensors to go haywire and not an entire system issue with the computer of the truck. Had to have it towed to a GM dealer to try and get it running again. Now here we are 12/17/22 and it’s doing the same thing. I called this dealership the day it first happened (11/21/22) in which they made sure to let me know that it’s past the 30 day window from when I purchased (6 days past) and they don’t need to help and it’s not their problem. Since I’ve owned this vehicle just over 3 months it has left me dead on the side of the road 6x. It is currently not functional the week before Christmas again and they will do nothing!! Terrible business and I would not recommend anyone to step foot on their lot!! They are CROOKS and definitely don’t give a xxxx about repeat business coming back. *update* Schoepp had paid $700 of the $820(tow bill x2 & 2 repair bills). Issue is “bandaided” but not fixed. I still fully expect Schoepp to fix the issue that should’ve never been an issue in the first place. Will update if they do the right thing! More

Treating this as I did talk to salesman, they are charismatic and know how to deal. We all know it can be a game of wits with these interactions often, but they played fairly and were superbly a plea charismatic and know how to deal. Whole deal was done remotely until I made the drive there to finish it. Everything was easy and smooth. Patrick was super easy to work with. They couldn’t program the second key fob but have “we owe you” to to finish it. Everything was easy and smooth. Patrick was super easy to work with.
