Our bank was giving us an extremely hard time, wanting us to take out a personal line of credit against our home (effectively a second mortgage), so God only knew what we could get, I was afraid we'd have to settle for a $500 beater or something, but we still kept looking. We saw a few vehicles online and I called about them, reaching TJ on the phone. TJ knew right away that one was available but he thought two others might be on the back lot, but he'd check. I told him we'd be there in a few hours, and I guess he was psychic or something, because when we pulled up and got out, he came marching out of the front door and immediately figured out I was the guy who called. Anyway, we test-drove one of the vehicles I called about, and while it was a nice ride, my wife decided she didn't want to drive stick for the next several years. So we got back to the dealership, and we explained our basic needs to TJ -- auto transmission, four doors, ideally some cargo space because we have a medium-size dog and we like to go to our property in the middle of nowhere north of Green Bay -- and he said, "I think I have just the thing for you." Pointed us to a vehicle, we test-drove it -- loving it immediately -- and sat down in his office, hoping and praying that we could make something happen. TJ offered to look into our financing options and came back with a number (from a local institution, in fact) that not only beat our bank's proposition, it absolutely smoked it and we wound up with a monthly payment that's $35 less than we were budgeting for. Scott Lux took care of finalizing all the paperwork for us, and we were on our way. Top-notch service all around, and if we ever, ever need another vehicle, we're going to Schoepp in Middleton first -- and we live all the way out on the far east side of Madison, that's how impressed we were. More

Used car purchase I started working with Randy and when he wasn't there, Jake helped me out. I had been shopping for a Toyota Camry Hybrid and after going around Madiso I started working with Randy and when he wasn't there, Jake helped me out. I had been shopping for a Toyota Camry Hybrid and after going around Madison for over one month, found the vehicle that fit our needs. We were able to work well with Randy, Jake and then financing through Scott L. All went well. They will service the minor repairs and hopefully that will go smoothly. Overall, i had an aggressive price range and even though i didn't reach that, the price was fair. Fuel was at empty but they did what they could to get the car ready for me. More
