"He's the MAN!" I cannot say how impressed my wife and I were when working with Carmine Green! He was so kind and always listened when we talked about what we were in I cannot say how impressed my wife and I were when working with Carmine Green! He was so kind and always listened when we talked about what we were interested in finding. He was a total gentleman, humble and down to earth! Unlike the last person I dealt with up in La Crosse about my ailing headlight situation with my Honda Pilot. When I suffered fairly serious "buyer's remorse" after purchasing the beautiful Toyota RAV4, Carmine continued to listen and work with us on Saturday. He put me in touch with Dale Schoepp, the kind, experienced, and good humored manager, (who has definitely had experiences with many customers like me). Dale listened to my situation, told me to stop by on Monday or Tuesday, and said, "Don't worry, I'll work with you!" Carmine continued to do his homework over Sunday (his day off), writing down different possibilities for me. I also did some computer work on the different cars. I concluded that another used Honda Pilot was just too expensive, as I've just retired last June. On Monday morning, I told Carmine I thought I wanted the KIA Sedona, given it's stellar reviews by CarQuest, Kelly Blue Book, and Motor Trend Magazines. Very Impressive ratings, especially when I read it could carry my trailer. Carmine worked through the morning to get my Toyota purchase reversed. Thank you Donna very much! You were also very kind, knowledgeable, and totally helpful!! My wife and I enjoyed our ride back to Viroqua. Very quiet, smooth ride, with easy to read and handle features.
