(I'm still getting calls from the other dealer I test drove at! Argh!) Also, some places try to take advantage of women but I did not feel this way at Schoepp East. I had some concerns about the body of my Murano and thought twice about making the purchase because of it, but these professionals, especially Randy, bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I was purchasing. This is the fourth car I've bought from a dealer in my lifetime, and I can say this has by far been my best experience to date. Not to mention the terms they were able to get me at UW-Credit Union on a used vehicle were insane!!! I never knew it could be so easy to buy a car! Buy from Schoepp if you want to be treated right! Contacted them through the website early on a Sunday morning and even though they were closed, someone fo I had a great experience at Schoepp motors. Contacted them through the website early on a Sunday morning and even though they were closed, someone followed up with me telling me the vehicle I was interested in was still available. Early the following morning I had an appointment scheduled for after work. Worked with Patrick and he was great- we had been shopping at other car lots in the past week and he was the only car salesman that did not seem pushy and did not pressure us. The process was really smooth and Patrick was willing to work with his manager to lower the payments to the range we wanted. We felt very comfortable with Patrick and at Schoepp; we would absolutely return! Have only had the car a few days, but as far as my experience I am very pleased! More

I was in a unique buying situation and Charlie help in every way he could to make the deal happen, which is going above and beyond what he had to do.
