He was attentive to my needs in a vehicle, and found exactly what I wanted. He had me try the Ford Edge first, but didn't push when I told him I didn't love it. He got me in a Ford Explorer and I LOVED everything about it. Needless to say he got the deal worked out the way I needed it to, and I drove it off the lot the same day. Pretty bad experience I’m pretty sure the sales people writing these good reviews because I’ve never heard a good experience happen at this place. The car we bought ended up being extremely rusty and the transmission went out within a month. Upon further inspection we found out a lot of other things were bad. They must not have rotated the tires because the Lugnuts were torqued on so hard a few broke. Shame on this terrible dealer. More

No high pressure tactic's, which was a nice change from the stereotype of a used car dealership and its sales people. Patrick their sales manager was friendly and above all fair, at the end of our negotiations he came up with a fair deal that left both of us feeling happy. The trade in vehicle I presented them with was not the easiest to process and Patrick did his best to bring the final price in line with my expectations. Donna was extremely efficient in processing all the financial paper work and made sure I fully understood the sales contract, terms and conditions of the sale. She did a nice job working with my bank to ensure that interface went smoothly. I strongly recommend this dealership and its sales and financial team and certainly appreciated them making the entire process simple and easy.
