First Car This was my first car purchase ever and it was by far the best experience I ever imagined it to be and a lot better than the other dealers I went to! Jamil knew exactly what I wanted and he made it happen! I told him what I wanted my payments to be and he came in $150 under that without sacrificing any of the features I wanted! I still got a fully loaded car and got a phenomenal deal! Jamil worked hard for me and I consider him to be a customer advocate! I went to 13 other dealerships before going to Schoepp and felt pressured the whole time. Jamil was a very low pressure gentleman and even told me I could take the car home a couple days later to make sure it got detailed properly for me! Our search When my wife and I started looking for our next car, we started with an extensive internet search. We had very specific options that we wanted and al When my wife and I started looking for our next car, we started with an extensive internet search. We had very specific options that we wanted and also wanted those options on a specific vehicle. We searched in WI and surrounding states and found a few candidates to examine. We had a week to look around the state and mapped our route. We found one that was acceptable but had promised ourselves that we would make this one last stop at Schoepp Motors before making that decision final. We ended up finding a better car than we had previously with all of our desired options and the big bonus for us was that it had an undercarriage that had no evidence of corrosion. We worked out an acceptable deal and were about to go home to arrange financing and Charlie, the sales representative, asked if we wanted to take the car home with us. We were surprised and amazed as we were almost 3 hours from home. We did not have the title for or trade, my wife made an error writing the check and wrote void on the check before realizing that it was our last check. So there we sat, half way through a rather large deal, All of the necessary paperwork had been done and we could not fulfill our obligation by any measure. They allowed us to bring our new to us, Escalade home with us with a handshake. I have to say that, we were impressed. Schoepp Motors has left a very favorable impression with us. We simply brought our new car home and mailed them the title, the spare key and a check to cover the additional monies that we had promised. Our lack of planning did not force us to make a return trip, saving us time and effort.
