We were looking for a quality used car that will last several years. We recently got burned on the purchase of a used car, and we were quite gun-shy. We stopped by Schoepp Motors on our way to look at a different car. We told Shane what we were looking for and made arrangements to return the next week. The car we had planned to look at was already sold, so we headed back to Schoepp that same day. We asked for Shane, and he was extremely helpful. He gave us our space to check out the car and discuss our options. Shane gave us a good deal on a 2011 Toyota Carolla and even went above and beyond to ensure our peace of mind regarding the whole experience. If we have to purchase another car in the near future, Shane will be the first person we call! More

Poor customer service and employee knowledge Salesman aren’t aware of vehicles, they only want a sale. You must buy warranty because they don’t inspect vehicles FYI. Called to make a service appt, had parts ordered ahead of time and was told no more than 2 hours work time, they ordered wrong parts (which have to come from other dealerships locally because they don’t specialize on any specific make), waited 4 hours-no one said a word, finally asked about wait time and was told they had to reorder parts but they’d be here yet today....took over 6 hours! No updates, no communication, and then was told it wasn’t their fault, i should be grateful our warranty is paying for it. Seriously?!? They need business etiquette 101 and add customer service because they suck! More
