The best car buying experience ever. I came in to look at a particular car and they had it ready for me when I arrived. They answered all my questions and were very courteous. Financing I came in to look at a particular car and they had it ready for me when I arrived. They answered all my questions and were very courteous. Financing was even easier. Donna is amazing and was very helpful. She got me a great rate and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be buying from them again. More

Bought a car back in May of 2024, Jake Welch assured me that the car was a beautiful low mile car, went quite a ways to get it, when we got there it had a huge scratch on the hatch, and more of a hit scrat that the car was a beautiful low mile car, went quite a ways to get it, when we got there it had a huge scratch on the hatch, and more of a hit scratch on the drivers side rear door. Good job Jake you can't even do a simple walk around a car before you sell it. On to Doug Johnson, what a xxxxxxthis guy is, a week later I took it to my mechanic to have it looked at, many things wrong to tell you but it's also a P O S. car fax says clean but not so. Asked for our money back but of course he declined, said he would replace it with the same model, was ghosted by him back in September, left messages, voice-mail, and even messages at the dealership with no response. It's been 8 months now with no replacement, so this is how they run there business, get their money and forget about a hard working person who spent alot of money for a car and travel expenses. Not once did anyone ask for any pics to back up my claim, so that tells me they knew all about the problems this car had and sold it anyway without a care in the world. So to the owner who I think is Doug Schoepp, I hope you sleep good at night knowing you have people like Jake, Doug, and Matt working for you that get you that money to live on and screw other people. Hopefully this gets out to all the hard working people around your business to let them know what kind of a xxxxxxdealership you are. Hope you lose alot of your business knowing you screwed me and looks like alot of other people to. More

Bought a car for myself and one for my daughter. Both from Schoepp Motors. I only drove my car about 1500 miles before the transmission went out on a car with 70k miles. As soon as we drove my daug Both from Schoepp Motors. I only drove my car about 1500 miles before the transmission went out on a car with 70k miles. As soon as we drove my daughter’s car off the lot a whole slew of electrical problems descended on us all at once. Probably had 200 miles on the car when we bought it. I would have to surmise that they do not actually inspect their vehicles. After reading many recent one star reviews, I come to find out that many people are having their vehicles break down immediately, and at an inflated cost I might add. These people are dishonest and don’t stand behind the vehicles they sell. Don’t be swayed by the phony 5 star reviews. This one is real. Protect yourself from people who make their money this way. I was extremely impressed by the fact that the salesman didn’t chase me around the parking lot while I looked at the many vehicles they had to offer. All of which were clean and well presented. I recommend them with the caveat that you need to keep your eyes open and be watchful and aware. I was overwhelmed with the excitement of buying a hybrid and was taken advantage of. My salesperson Eric D your eyes open and be watchful and aware. I was overwhelmed with the excitement of buying a hybrid and was taken advantage of. My salesperson Eric Devine kept saying how the vehicle was completely reviewed and that they had the maintenance history. While waiting for financing Eric didn’t put air in the tires, didn’t put gas in the car (it was almost empty), and my daughter had to remind him to take a headrest from the other Toyota Prius (ours was missing in the backseat) which he had said he would do previously. The next day drivers came to pick up my car (traded it in). I texted Eric and asked them to bring the car maintenance information and the car fax. He told me they had probably already left. I forgot to sign the title which he immediately texted me about. I drove down the same evening to do so. When I arrived I was told he was taking other customers on a test drive. I waited for about 15 minutes when one of the other salesman told me he had called Eric to let him know I was waiting. I then also texted him to let him know I was there to sign the title. 10 minutes later (I’d been waiting for about 30 minutes by now) I called Eric to let him know I was there to sign the title. He told me to have the receptionist to get it for me (there was no receptionist) I said I also had a few questions could he take a minute to answer them. He told me no, I hadn’t made an appointment and he was with other customers. So I waited another 10 minutes (now I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes) when Eric walked in the door. I told him I was here to sign the title and needed a few questions answered. He replied brusquely that I hadn’t made an appointment and he was with other customers. I told him I wouldn’t sign the title unless he gave me the car fax, maintenance information and the financial institution address which my insurance company needed. He told me I was being stupid if I didn’t sign the title. I was irritated that he wouldn’t take 5 minutes away from his other customers to answer my questions and give me the information I had requested. After he whined that I should not be irritated with him and making excuses I told him to quit arguing with me and just do it. I felt like I was talking to a 5 year old. When I got home and reviewed the car fax I saw that Eric had forgot to mention that the car had been in a rollover accident. The damage from the accident was minor but I’m not happy about the withholding of information. I like the car and I’m happy I bought it. I’m wishing it had been with a different salesperson. Eric was all over trying to get me to buy the car the Saturday I was there but by Monday he wanted nothing more to do with me. He was also very pushy about completing his rating before we left. So crappy customer service but nice car. More
