Received call immediately from salesperson telling us that specific car was being used by a sales manager for a demo, he couldn’t provide name of the sales manager, & not for sale, salesperson telling us that specific car was being used by a sales manager for a demo, he couldn’t provide name of the sales manager, & not for sale, but could sell us the same make for a more expensive price. Terrible customer service, no calls returned regarding appointments and service, Even left a message for the Service Manager Jeff who never called me back. Brought car in 11/2020 for check engine light on appointments and service, Even left a message for the Service Manager Jeff who never called me back. I paid for front lights to be replaced and one light is still partially burned out. Service Advisor “A” told me to go buy new bright lights on Amazon… recently bought all new tires and need a nail repair, called about a warranty on tires they will not call me back….will never take my car here again!
