Do not come here to get your car serviced unless you want to be scammed and ripped off. I took my car here over the weekend only to get my tires balanced and aligned. Everything else about my car was working to be scammed and ripped off. I took my car here over the weekend only to get my tires balanced and aligned. Everything else about my car was working perfectly fine. One of the workers who was helping me that day, Yousef Zaid, gave me a call and said that I had a warning on my car that said “charging system malfunction”, along with the battery light and check engine light were on, and that I should not drive my car because it could stop working at any moment. He said I would need to get a diagnostics test, which wouldn’t be ready until two days later. Once I arrived back at Schlossmann Honda City, got back in my car and turned it on, it was exactly what he said had happened, along with the AC blowing hot air. I was very suspicious about the situation, so I declined to keep my car there and get the diagnostics. I drove off in my car which was incredibly weird, lagging and jerking when I braked and accelerated. I popped open the hood of my car and noticed that the mass airflow sensor was unplugged! Once I plugged it back in, every single light, warning, and problem with my car had gone away. The AC started working right away, the battery and electric charge warning immediately disappeared, and eventually, the check engine light turned off. They had deliberately unplugged my mass air flow center, which had caused major issues with my car, to try and scam me into spending more money with them because they took one look at me and thought I wouldn’t know any better about cars. This is incredibly unacceptable and disrespectful. I am beyond upset that they felt they could go into my hood, mess up my car, and try to get me to pay for the diagnostics test when they had unplugged my mass air flow center. Who knows what else they would’ve done if I had left my car there for the next two days! I do not recommend you ever to come here. Unbelievable. I need compensation for this. More
