A welcoming smile accompanied her estimate of both time and cost as well as advising us that should anything arise d in for the service appointment. After learning positive lease options, from Randy, that we were unaware of, we decided to lease a new civic. Randy was very knowledgeable and we were picky, Randy showed us every car we wanted to look at, sometimes twice. The selection of cars that Honda City had was great and after spending an enjoyable time at the dealership, which usually doesnt happen, we couldn't be happier with our decision. The customer service at Honda City was very good. I have worked with this salesman in the past and came to Honda City to lease my second vehicle from this dealership. The only reason I gave my overall experience a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the fact that I was at the dealership for 3 hours and was very ready to leave.
