I was in a accident and my bumper was cracked and scratched all over; it needed to get replaced. I took it to the dealership, this place was approved by my insurance and a relative took their car th scratched all over; it needed to get replaced. I took it to the dealership, this place was approved by my insurance and a relative took their car there and they recommened it, and everyone was so nice and helpful. I needed a rental car and they called for me when they didn't show up after an hour (suppose to take 30min) they called again and told them to pick me up promptly. The body shop workers did an amazing job on my bumper and I feel that they even went above and beyond and really made my car look like new! I felt like everyone communicated very well with me and even though I as never able to answer the phone calls while I was at work; I felt like I was always in the loop when my car was in the shop through voicemails. I am EXTREMELY happy about the work and customer service I recieved here! I hope my car stays the way it is (fixed and working condition) but if something ever happens again I will for sure take my car back to Schlossmann's Honda City on Hwy 100. Thank you to everyone who worked on my car, works the desk in the repair shop, and to the people who work in the service center for all your help. More
I leased a 2010 Civic for 36 months from Schlossmann's Honda City. I wanted to get out of the lease 10 months early and lease a 2012 Accord. They bought out my lease at no cost to me and I got in a new le Honda City. I wanted to get out of the lease 10 months early and lease a 2012 Accord. They bought out my lease at no cost to me and I got in a new lease with no money out of pocket for 30 days and I am actually paying less per month now for a nicer vehicle. Very satisfied overall. The process was very long though. I was at Honda City for almost seven hours to close the deal. More

Went in to lease a car. Was switched to a higher price car and was told nothing was available in the lower priced range, even though there was many listed on the website and I was promised the car the nig car and was told nothing was available in the lower priced range, even though there was many listed on the website and I was promised the car the night before. My credit was checked twice, which does screw up a persons credit rating. I was sold a maintenance package which costed me $75 a oil change. The seller never told me the details of the package. I didn't know until later the true cost of the package. I went to cancel the package and the people kept trying to talk me into it. Telling what a great deal it was, even though there own garage charged $27.95 for a oil change. I was told by the sales people that I wouldn't see a refund of my money until three years later, as a credit on my bill. I went to complain to the general manager Craig and was ignored. I e-mail messages and phone calls and never received one response from him. Finally, when I received my bill from Honda they applied my refund as extra money on my security deposit. So I be paying on this maintenance package for three years even though I have cancelled it. MY ADVISE TO ALL DON'T TRUST THEM!!!! More

The morning we picked up the car at Honda City, Ed was there to greet us as soon as we arrived; gave us a tour of the facility; introduced us to customer service rep, Mercedes, who was upbeat and positive; the financial manager, Steve Hooker, took great care of us and explained the terms of the lease; Ed made sure the Honda was washed and clean on the inside. The follow up we've received from Subaru City, Honda City and Ed have been amazing. We will recommend Ed Wrathall to anyone we know that is looking to replace their vehicle. Went in to the Dealership for our free car wash for our 2009 CRV after having lunch at a chinese restaurant and basically came out in a 2012 CRV EX-L AWD. This was our 9th vehicle purchased from this dealership in the last 10 years. Our salesperson, Peter Froelich was the best with no pressure and just the facts about the new vehicle and they quickly appraised our current vehicle fast. Our total time at the dealership was ninety minutes and the paperwork was stress-free and they even took a personal check. We have been to other dealerships in the past and they are like being at your in-laws at Thanksgiving or Christmas. Honda City personnel are true professionals and know their product well. and enjoy doing it as a way of life. This place is a positive environment and everybody knows their product well and understands the customers time is important. I would highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase, especially Peter Froelich, who is a true knowledgeable Honda product sales professional. More
We were looking for a second car and were comparing the Hyundai Accent and the Honda Fit. We had already driven the Accent and came to drive the Fit. Every time we go to a car dealer, we dread the whole experience. Normally it is high on the list of "worst ways to spend your time and become irritated". As we drove up to Schlossmann's Honda, we again were dreading it. We always do our homework and know what we want and the price we are looking for before setting foot on any dealer lot. Upon parking and getting out of our vehicle, Pedro Rivera was right there, welcoming us. We saw him approaching as we parked and thought "Great, here we go again." He was very friendly, but that is the usual experience we have initially, anyway. Employees standing at the door on that chilly night opened the Schlossmann's doors for us. Pedro took us to his desk. We were there just shy of two hours discussing what we wanted, talking price, and choosing our car options. Still, with every word spoken, we were expecting the bomb to drop and to walk out. We've been in too many unpleasant situations with car purchases before and believe no one in the industry could really be forthright and honest. Pedro was proving us wrong and winning us over with every word and action he made. He was so pleasant and really seemed to care. The car color we chose was not on their lot and we decided to have heated, leather seats installed through them as well - in our minds, this left many more opportunities for the deal to sink. To our surprise, Pedro (and Schlossman's) delivered everything we asked for on time- the color, the car, the leather seats, and the price! Some of the negotiations were done via email and phone. Pedro was excellent! When we picked up the car he was wonderful and thoroughly covered everything. We are dog owners and in the time we spent with Pedro, as he asked questions to get to know us and our needs better, he relayed things about his dogs and life. He seems like a very kind, good-hearted, sincere person. The time we spent sharing the personal aspects of all our lives made me know that Pedro is not only there to sell a car to his clients, but he is also there for the client and to me, that is the best type of person to represent Schlossman's. They are very lucky to have him as an employee! Steve Hooker was the finance person we dealt with. At this time, we were dreading the finance part of the deal also, even though we were getting the 0.9% and were not financing much. He went over packages with us for extended care and other things. We found him also very honest and sincere. He was quite easy to work with and there was no pressure. It was quite a relief to find as we went along with the process that there were no hidden surprises and no bad experiences. He relayed personal experiences to help guide us and understand why certain options would be in our best interest. This is our 3rd Honda. If car purchasing could be this pleasant every time, I would actually enjoy it! I wish I were in need of another car right away because Pedro and Steve made the whole thing positive for us and I would love to do business with them again, any day! Their genuine personalities, good hearts, and kind souls make them people I would highly recommend to anyone purchasing a Honda! More

Gary was very helpful with no pressure to buy. He answered all our questions without making us feel obligated to buy. No questions left unanswered. When Gary was not there, several of the other salesmen helped us out, and even the New car sales managers went out of their way to answer any questions we had. Everyone at Schlossmenns Honda City were so friendly from the girls sitting at the desk when we first walked in with thier friendly smiles and always a "How can I help you?" all the way to the service departments telling us it's not time for an oil change yet. No one wants to take advantage of you just to get our money. I think that speaks for itself saying it's a dealership that wants to keep it's customers happy and coming back. As far as the rating of only ok for price, I think all cars cost to much no matter where you buy it. More
