I recently walked onto Subaru City’s lot as I was interested in buying a new vehicle. I was looking for a new vehicle that rated high in safety, with good gas mileage and was reasonably priced. After extensive research I decided that a Subaru would be one of the Makes that I would be considering. I was immediately approached by sales consultant Brayden. I wasn’t sure what model I was looking for as this would be my first Subaru if I decided to purchase one. After looking at different models with Brayden, we knew the Forester would be the perfect model for me. Brayden was very thorough, respectful and patient. After many hours through several different days, weeks and multiple test drives I decided that I really liked the Forester but I wasn’t crazy about the color available on the lot. Sales Manager Jeremy asked me if color would be a deal breaker and I told him yes. Without a word, Jeremy walked away and came back within approximately 5 minutes with paper in hand telling me that he has located a Forester in the color I wanted and they would call me when it arrived. Brayden and Jeremy were both there to show me the vehicle after it arrived. They were both interested in my reaction of seeing this vehicle. Wow, this Forester made quite the statement and was gorgeous! After taking it for a test drive I had made my decision to buy it. Working with Brayden was such a pleasure. There was never any pressure and always made me feel like I was a friend or a family member instead of just another customer. I wanted side body moulding put on before I picked up the vehicle. After it was put on he took a picture of it and sent it to me in a text. I was having an issue with my title and when that was cleared up, Brayden offered to come in on his day off so I could get ownership of my Forester sooner. That spoke volumes about this man and his devotion to his customers and his employer. Both Brayden and Jeremy were there to make sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle. It was quite apparent that they both wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Brayden was in constant contact with me via phone / text messages from the time I first entered the lot to after taking possession asking me how I liked the vehicle and asking me if I had any questions about it. Jeremy always made sure to join me and talk with me when I came in while Brayden was busy with another customer. Credit also needs to be given to all other employees whether it was the employee that was opening the door greeting people who walked through the door, to employees that offered to get you something to drink while you were waiting, to the employees that wished you congratulations on your new purchase and words of encouragement about how you will be pleased with your new purchase. This dealership definitely has a wonderful team of employees. More
