Overall pleasant to deal with. Parking, entrance, exit always a challenge but no one can fix that. Very busy on my day of service so took longer than usual. More

Not only did they try to overcharge me for the service, they did not fix the full problem. They also risk potential damage to my turbo by not letting the car warm up before moving it. More

Schlossmann Subaru City of Milwaukee responded

Tim, I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing service visit and that we failed to fully address the problem. We pride ourselves on providing reliable repairs and courteous, professional service, so it's disheartening to see we missed the mark. I would like to investigate what happened during your visit and see how we can make things right, but I don't have any details that would allow me to contact you. Please give me a call at your convenience. Thank you, Jason O'Donnell - Service Director - 2jasono@schlossmannauto.com

My entire family uses both sales and the service department exclusively. When I say entire family I’m not just talking about immediate family, Loyalty over the years was earned not expected..My parents bought the very first Subaru Outback after being Dodge owners for years, this is what started the journey of many Subaru’s to come. I am guessing there have been between 28 to 30 Subaru and her family since. Here is where the loyalty comes in, with all those vehicles is bound to be some issues and there was however they stepped up and took care of every single concern there was without a question. We have had nothing but five star service from the minute we walk into the door until we leave with our vehicle after buying it or having it serviced. Here is to the Schlossmann family and its employees. Special shout out to Fiz, Shawn, Jason O, Marcus,, Sales and Service
